Dennis, Simoncini Cyclo-Cross frame and fork found in a pile of rusty cruisers destined for the dump, way up on Long Island's north fork. The head tube came with a ugly dent on top, lucky for me it was salvageable. Now only a small crack in the chrome is noticeable. The plan was to have a true fixed/free flip/flop, which is my excuse for the brakes. Right now I'm having too much fun fixed.
This is the perfect bike for Central PA, smooth and fast on the streets, fire roads and single track. If I ever lose my overprotectiveness, this beautiful bike will see Rothrock's trails.
Many thanks to the guys of FreezeThaw(.com) Cycles.
