Buddy of mine is a former track racer who works for Rocky Mountain Bikes. I've been bugging him about 'fixed gear' and 'track bikes' for a while. He started thinking about how much fun he used to have on the track and seeing a lot of track and fixed gear bikes in Vancouver. Looks like they may have one out with their spring '07 bikes. I put some of my parts on this prototype steel frame. I like how the bike rides. The oversized tubes are stiff but not jarring. Rocky didn't have a 38 rake track fork when they put together this prototype so I've been riding it with a 45 rake road fork which rides pretty nice in the city.
