This is teh oldest Colnago I have ever seen in over 30 years of collecting and living vintage bikes. It was built for Dante Fornelli, a contender for the Rome Olympics 1960 team, but dropped out due to injury. Italy still kicked ass with the great sprinted Dante Gaiardoni (I'll submit his bike at a later date).

The bike is completely original and unrestored.

Here are the specs. Enjoy. Ken

In anticipation of victory in Rome, Colnago produced a special set of decals for this cycle commemorating the event which he used on his cycles until 1968.
