Hi, greetings from Graham in London, England! Just finished this one today, took it out for a test run, felt as smmmoooth as butter, not a creak or rattle, down to the bottom of the Archway road, round the roundabout and fired it up the Archway road towards Suicide Bridge, and there they were, 8 cyclists on there way back home from work, the red beauty roared at them, flying up the hill and taking 6 on the incline and the others on the flat, not one fixie amongst them, carbon scattered all over the road, the charge of the cog brigade, no carbon footprint here, it's the footprint of STEEL!
So, it's a Reynolds 531 70's frame that got them, all fittings taken off and filed down, paintwork touched in. Wheels are 27" Weinmann dimpled alloys, newly laced onto rare Sturmey Archer large flange black anodised hubs, black BMX chainring to match, then alloy fluted seatpost and Selle saddle. Running a 74" gear on 1/8th drive.
