Nick loved his wife Stacey, his family, and he loved to ride his bike.

His many on-line friends have set up an account to collect some donations to be sent to his wife Stacey in Ohio.

"CLEVELAND FIX" NERIC NIKOLAS (NICK) NERIC, age 26. Departed suddenly Jan. 10, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Stacey; parents Sekula and Julia Neric; sister Tanya and brother-in-law, Nicolas Santana; grandmother Milijana Neric; great-grandfather Joseph Hornyak; uncle and aunt Nikola and Mary Neric; cousins Samantha and Gabrielle Neric; in-laws Gary and Rosemary Heitkamp; and a host of family and friends in both the United States and Serbia.

Nick was a scholar, having attended the Brooklyn City School System and graduating from Brooklyn High School, where he won many academic awards. He was a Ph.D. Clinical/Bioanalytical Chemistry candidate at Cleveland State University where he graduated as a member of the first Honors College class with a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry

FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS AT THE MALLCHOK FUNERAL HOME, 5660 RIDGE RD., PARMA, OH SUNDAY, JAN. 15, 2012, 5-8 P.M. POMEN AT 7:30 P.M. ALL SERVICES Monday, Jan. 16, 2012 at Saint Sava Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, 6306 Broadview Rd., Parma, OH., at 12 noon. Internment at Saint Theodosius Cemetery.
